Shipping and Delivery
Order Delivery:
We at Himalayan MonalAgro Private Limited strive to deliver your order with care and quality packaging within the specified timeframe. We ship orders throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To ensure prompt and safe delivery, we work with trusted courier services. If courier services are not available in your area, we will use alternative methods such as government-registered post, speed post, or any other feasible shipping option. In the rare case that no shipping options are available, Himalayan Monal Agro Private Limited reserves the right to cancel your order.
Dispatch and Shipping:
Once your order is confirmed and the products are available, we aim to dispatch it within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of your order. While most orders are delivered within 7-14 working days, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please note that Himalayan MonalAgro Private Limited cannot guarantee exact delivery times. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of order placement, and a signature may be required upon receipt.
Damage or Loss During Shipping:
Upon receiving your order, it’s important to inspect the products. If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and return it to the courier. Additionally, you can contact our customer care at +91 9494971000 (available daily from 10 AM to 5 PM) or email us at himalayanmonalagro@gmail.com with your Order ID and details of the issue, including photos if possible. After we review the details, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you. Please ensure that the original tags and packaging remain intact when returning the product.
Delivery Address:
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Himalayan MonalAgro Private Limited cannot be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect delivery details provided by you. Any additional costs incurred due to errors in the delivery address will be your responsibility.
Delivery Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated separately and added to your invoice at checkout. If multiple products are ordered, the shipping charges for each item are combined. Thus, if you order three products, the total delivery charge will be the sum of all individual shipping costs. Delivery charges vary based on the product and destination.
