Cooking Red Rice Kheer / Payasam for 6 People Party
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Himalayan Red Rice, washed and soaked for 30 mins
2 tbsp of Farm Fresh Ghee from Himalayan Monal or any normal ghee
1 Cup of Milk
2 Cups of Water
½ tbsps. of Himalayan Monal’s Cardamom Powder
Fistful of raisins and nuts as needed
Ethically procured and Farm Fresh Honey from Himalayan Monal or Sugar as per taste
Cooking Method:
Wash and Soak Red Rice in water for 30 mins.
Pressure Cook until it becomes soft.
In a pan, Add Ghee + Raisins + Nuts and sauté till Golden Brown
Add Cooked Rice to this mix along with Honey or Sugar
Add milk and cardamom powder
Serve Cold or Hot as per your preference
