This Mango Lassi is Vegan, Dairy Free and Gluten Free.
Yes!! you heard it right, as it is made from the lost treasure of nature i.e. Hemp Seeds. Exotic, Extra Smooth and Refreshing, this drink is packed with essential nutrients especially proteins, probiotics & Omega 3s. Rich in probiotics means good for digestion which is hampered in scorching summers of Indian Subcontinent.
Ingredients:
Fresh Mango
Probiotic Yogurt either regular, low fat or Greek or you can also use Dahi
Oat Milk or if you are not allergic to gluten or not so vegan then do try Cow milk or almond milk
Hemp Seeds
Cinnamon
Ginger
Sweetener which is entirely optional depending on your sweet tooth
Preparation Process:
Take Mango along with Yogurt or Dahi + Oat Milk and add in Blender. Blend on high speed.
Note: Add wet ingredients first for easier blending process.
If Lassi is too thick add milk or water & blend again.
Add Hemp seeds along with slice of ginger & cinnamon. Blend again.
Add sweetener if required.
Add dry fruits like pistachios, saffron or cashew for making it thick.
